Restoring your old photos is easy with us, and it costs you absolutely nothing to see your photographs restored.

Remember, if you ask us to restore a photograph and you are not happy with the result, you owe nothing and we’ll return your originals free of charge by recorded delivery.

Option 1 – Send us your digital or scanned images using the FILE UPLOAD facility above
Option 2 – Send your photographs to us by recorded post including in the package your full contact details as extra security. We will make a high resolution scan of your photographs and the better the start point, the better the end result. The cost is the same if we make the high resolution scan or receive your files. See CONTACT PAGE for our address.
We will quote to fully restore your photograph. There is no commitment for you to buy. If you ask us to proceed with the restoration, we will do the work and email a proof to you for your approval and happily make any adjustments you may require until you are completely happy with the result.
When you are totally happy with the restoration, you may purchase the restored file (from just £15.00) and any prints or enlargements you may require. If you don’t wish to proceed, you owe us nothing. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
Any photographs you send and do not proceed with restoration, are securely returned to you by recorded delivery FREE OF CHARGE.
Many scanners have a default setting that ‘auto-enhances’ the image. When you scan your photo please TURN OFF AUTO ENHANCE as this makes restoration work easier and scan at minimum of 600 dpi resolution if possible. If in any doubt about this, please call us on 01825 740986 and we can explain further.
If you send your photographs by post always send them by recorded post so that we will sign on receipt, carefully packed so that no further damage can occur. Always remove frames and glass unless doing so would risk further damage. Acceptable scans can be made through glass so if the picture is stuck please don’t try to remove it as you may make things worse. Use plenty of bubble-wrap or similar. Please also include all your contact details inside the package as a further security measure.
We take every care with your photographs, handling them with the same respect and attention as we do our own. However we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage however caused while your pictures are in our possession, or in transit to you. Sending your pictures to us denotes your acceptance of these terms.
Completed orders are sent by Recorded Delivery or other method by arrangement.
Work will normally by completed within 14 days although they will often be completed much sooner. If you have a deadline (birthday etc.) please call us first on 01825 740986 to let us know and we will do our best to meet it. We don’t charge extra for requested fast turnaround.
Non-UK customers should use a traceable service or courier

No payment is due until you have approved the results of the restoration work.
